Effective as of 28 April 2026. This document combines the Service terms of use and a public offer for extended access (“Premium”). Website: https://cn.rf4-stat.ru (the “Service”).

1. Definitions

Contractor — sole proprietor Khaliullov Robert Azatovich (TIN 732896957021), e-mail: admin@rf4-stat.ru, address: Republic of Adygea, Takhtamukaysky district, Novaya Adygea settlement.

Customer (User) — a capable natural person who accepts this offer.

Service (Premium) — providing the Customer, for a paid period, extended access to Service features (scope as shown in the subscription UI), including disabling advertising blocks within technical limits.

Acceptance — full and unconditional acceptance of this offer by paying for Premium or by other actions in the UI clearly indicated as starting paid functionality.

2. Nature of the Service

RF4-STAT is an information service related to the game “Russian Fishing 4”. It is not an official product of the game’s rights holder. Data is for reference only; the Contractor does not guarantee completeness, availability, or that it matches in-game data at all times.

Personal data processing is described in the privacy policy.

3. Registration and accounts

Some features may require an account. Users must provide accurate information, must not share access with third parties, and must not misuse the Service (including excessive load, violating others’ rights, or breaking the law of the Russian Federation).

The Contractor may restrict or terminate access to enforce these terms or protect security.

4. Intellectual property

Branding, databases, source code, and other Service materials belong to the Contractor or are used under licence. Copying, automated harvesting, or bypassing technical limits without permission is not allowed.

5. Subject of the public offer

The Contractor shall provide Premium as available at the time of payment; the Customer shall pay according to prices shown in the Service.

Prices, subscription length, trial availability, and payment methods are shown on the subscription page and may change; terms already paid for remain as agreed.

6. Contract formation

The contract is formed when payment reaches the Contractor’s bank or payment provider and access is credited to the Customer’s account, or when the payment system records a successful completion.

This public offer is open-ended until withdrawn. Withdrawal does not affect periods already paid for.

7. Performance and suspension

Premium is deemed duly provided once access is granted for the paid period. The Contractor will seek to restore service after technical failures; any compensation is agreed between the parties or set by the Contractor proportionally to downtime.

The Customer may use Premium from any device while logged in, unless the UI states otherwise.

8. Refunds

Premium is delivered digitally once access is granted. Fees for service already delivered are non-refundable, except where consumer law requires a refund, or where access failed through the Contractor’s fault after successful payment.

Refund questions: admin@rf4-stat.ru with account, date, and amount.

9. Liability

The Service is provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Contractor is not liable for indirect losses, lost profits, or third-party actions (including payment systems and hosting).

Content on the Service is not official in-game guidance and does not replace rules set by the game’s rights holder.

The Contractor is not liable for a specific in-game result (catch) when using Service data. The User understands that game algorithms may change at any time at the rights holder’s discretion.

10. Force majeure and changes

Neither party is liable for partial non-performance due to force majeure. The Contractor may change features and offer terms; the updated text is published on the public offer page.
